Founder & Product Lead

Frank Kuo is the founder and product lead of Duet Agency. He has more than 10 years of experience designing and delivering mobile applications, web platforms, dashboards, SaaS products, and automation systems.

His work spans product strategy, UX/UI, technical architecture, and full-stack delivery. He has helped teams turn early concepts into production-ready products, with a practical focus on usability, reliability, and long-term maintainability.

Today, Duet combines that product-engineering foundation with modern AI-native workflows. The result is a faster way to explore, build, and improve digital products without sacrificing judgment, quality, or human oversight.
