Frank Kuo is a founder, product leader, and builder with over 10 years of experience designing and delivering mobile apps, AI-driven platforms, and automation solutions. At Duet, he helps startups and enterprises transform complex concepts into high-velocity production systems—from cross-platform mobile apps to autonomous agentic workflows orchestrated with Cursor, Claude Code, and OpenAI Codex.
Beyond product delivery, Frank leads AI Co-Work training, empowering organizations to integrate agentic AI directly into their core engineering pipelines. By combining a decade of battle-tested software engineering, spanning over 80 shipped products, with modern agentic toolchains, he enables teams to achieve dramatic velocity gains and build self-sustaining software operations.
